Step 1: Book Your Travel Consultation

Start by booking an appointment and completing our online form with details about your trip and medical history. You can also meet us in person at our clinic located at 1 Eglinton Avenue East, CIBC building lower level, Toronto, Ontario M4P 3A1.

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Travel Health Plan

Before your phone or in-person visit, a Yonge + Eglinton pharmacist will review your form. Based on your needs, we’ll prepare a customized travel health plan that covers recommended vaccines, prescriptions, and tips for managing existing health conditions while abroad.

If needed, our pharmacists can work with your doctor to ensure you receive required travel medications or vaccines that need a prescription (such as antibiotics or antimalarial drugs).
