However in Canada, vitamin D from sunlight exposure can only be synthesized in the skin during late spring, summer, and early fall for a limited number of hours each day. Combined with other factors, including age, skin pigmentation, and clothing coverage, there’s no concrete recommendation for getting adequate sun exposure to synthesize vitamin D. Dosage
Adults: take 1 drop per day with an adequate intake of calcium or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics, or if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues. 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns on most items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products which have been opened or used, or are marked as final sale or non-refundable, are not eligible for return. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
Once your return is received, our returns team at Yonge + Eglinton Pharmacy will inspect the item(s) to verify that they are in original, resalable condition. Refunds will only be issued once this inspection is complete. Please be aware that restocking fees may apply, or a partial refund may be issued if returned items do not meet our resalable condition standards.
Refunds are not processed while items are in transit and will only be issued after the return has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
