Each Tablet Contains:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid, Sodium ascorbate)	125 mg
Elderberry (48:1) extract (Sambucus nigra, fruit)
Equivalent to 720 mg raw herb 15 mg
Zinc (Citrate)	1.25 mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)	12.5 mcg/500 IU
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)	2.5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Sucrose, glucose syrup, pectin, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavours (mixed berry, raspberry), brazilian palm tree wax, vegetable oil, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents 14+: Chew 2 gummies daily with a meal. Children 3-13: Chew 1 gummy daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
