Children 4-8 yrs: Chew 1 tablet daily. Children 9-13 yrs: Chew 1-2 tablets daily. Adolescents 14-18 yrs: Chew 1-3 tablets daily. Adults: Chew 1-4 tablets daily. Store between 15 DegreeC and 25 DegreeC, away from children.
