Fizzy, not stirred. Hydralyte® fizzes when added to water to help with the mix. Designed so that you get the right amount of electrolytes,vitamins and minerals in every sip you take.

Step 1: Fill with 8oz of water
Step 2: Drop 2 tablets in a cup
Step 3: Leave dehydration behind

Remove two tablets from tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200 ml drinking water. For babies under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Continue with breast or formula-feeding of infants, between sips of Hydralyte. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated. Refer to dosage information on the package. For dehydration due to other causes (without vomiting or diarrhea), refer to pack insert.

Ingredients

Glucose (anhydrous), citric acid (anhydrous), sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, natural flavour, stevia extract, tableting aids.

Caution

Consult your physician if: vomiting, diarrhea or fever persists for longer than 24 hours; the child is under two years, you have medical problems relating to kidney, heart or gastrointestinal function, blood pressure, diabetes*, or show signs of severe dehydration including shock, or are unable to drink. *Lemonade flavour only.
