Free shipping is available:

• Within our local delivery zone (Highway 401 to Bloor Street, Bathurst Street to Bayview Avenue) — no minimum required.
• Outside our local zone — on orders of $35 or more (before tax).

We gladly accept returns on most items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products which have been opened or used, or are marked as final sale or non-refundable, are not eligible for return. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Once your return is received, our returns team at Yonge + Eglinton Pharmacy will inspect the item(s) to verify that they are in original, resalable condition. Refunds will only be issued once this inspection is complete. Please be aware that restocking fees may apply, or a partial refund may be issued if returned items do not meet our resalable condition standards.

Refunds are not processed while items are in transit and will only be issued after the return has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

• Products that have been opened, assembled, modified, or removed from original packaging

• Bulk or high-quantity orders

• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

• Final sale items, including those listed below
