Robitussin Extra Strength Cough Control Liquid 100 ml

Directions - Adults & children 12 years & over: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) - Children under 12 years: do not use - Take every 6 hours - Do not exceed maximum 4 doses/day.

Inactive ingredients citric acid, flavours, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sorbitol, sucralose, water and xanthan gum. (in 1 teaspoon or 5 ml) Active ingredients Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DM) 10 mg Cough suppressant Guaifenesin 100 mg Expectorant

Do not use with other cough and cold drugs; a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or other drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease, or within 2 weeks after stopping the drug; if you have an allergy to dextromethorphan or any of the listed ingredients.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have; a chronic cough (as occurs with smoking), a cough with excessive mucus, difficulty breathing, difficulty or pain when urinating, other chronic lung disease (e.g. asthma or emphysema) as these could be signs of a serious condition. You should also consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication for weight control, or have any other serious medical condition.

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen, last more than 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever (>38°C); a fever, rash, persistent headache or thick yellow or green mucus is present.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor right away.
