Nature's Way Sambucus Immune Cold and Flu Syrup is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as cough and sore throat and to promote sweating to help relieve fever related to colds and flus. This delicious tasting syrup contains 50 mg of European elder, 50 mg of Vitamin C, 5 mg of Zinc, 3 mg of Propolis and 0.104 ml of Echinacea Extracts per each serving of 5 ml. The Standardized Elderberry is also a source of antioxidants. Bonus? It’s a taste everyone will love, and the syrup is vegetarian.

Directions
Children 2-9 years: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), once daily. Adolescents 10-13 years: take 2 teaspoons (10 mL), once daily. Adults and adolescents 14 and over: take 2 teaspoons (10 mL), 2 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
