Jamieson Melatonin with Tart Cherry | Chewable

Each Tablet Contains:
Melatonin 5 mg
Tart Cherry powder (Prunus cerasus, fruit) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Dextrose, mannitol, malic acid, vitamin E, natural flavours (debittering, cherry), vegetable stearic acid, silica, gum acacia, vegetable juice, maltodextrin, citric acid, sucralose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
No gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Adults: Chew 1-2 tablets daily at or before bedtime. For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.. Tablet colour variations may occur. This is a normal result of using natural source ingredients. Store in a cool, dry location between 15? and 25?C, away from children.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.
