Dosage
Adult Women: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Warnings
There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. 400mcg of folate per day is enough for most women (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
