Directions
Adults: Take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For occasional use only. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Caplet colour variations may occur. This is a result of using natural source ingredients.
Warnings
This product contains enough drug (iron) to seriously harm a child. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you have high blood pressure, glaucoma and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome); you are taking lithium. Avoid taking with other health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
