Dosage
Adults (50+): Take 2 gummies daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Bottle mouth sealed for package security. Keep bottle tightly closed. Due to use of plant-based colours, gummy appearance may change over time. This does not alter the product potency.
